How Our Private Signings Work
Here’s how our private signing process works, from the first arrangements to the moment your memorabilia reaches your door.

Arranging the private signing
We arrange a private signing session with a footballer, former player or footballing legend, and agree the items to be signed, the number of signatures and the details of the session.

Preparing the memorabilia
Before the signing, every shirt, photograph and collectible is carefully selected, checked and prepared, so the session runs smoothly and each signature is well placed.

The signing session
The player personally signs the prepared memorabilia. Where permitted, photographs or videos are taken to document the signing and give you extra reassurance about the item’s origin.

Authentication and documentation
Once the signing is complete, each item is checked and recorded. Relevant documentation is kept, and Certificates of Authenticity are issued where applicable, with details of the signed item and its provenance.

Quality control
Every item is inspected before it goes on sale. We check the signature’s presentation, the condition of the memorabilia and the supporting documentation.

Professional framing and presentation
Selected signed shirts can be professionally framed, creating a stunning display piece for your home, office or collection.

Secure packaging and delivery
Once you place an order, your memorabilia is carefully packaged to protect it in transit, so it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

How We Prove Authenticity
Photographic proof
Where available, our signed memorabilia comes with photographs of the player during the signing session. Where possible, we show the actual item being signed, not just a general photo of the player.
Certificate of Authenticity
Signed memorabilia comes with a Certificate of Authenticity where stated in the product description. Our COAs include:
- The name of the player
- A description of the signed item
- A unique certificate or reference number
- Details of the signing or source, where available
- Confirmation of the authenticity evidence held
Transparency and trust
Each product listing tells you exactly what authenticity documentation comes with that item, before you order.
Photographs, signing records and COAs all help establish an item’s history. A photograph or certificate alone doesn’t automatically guarantee authenticity, so we also put real importance on reliable sourcing and accurate records.
