This policy explains how Luke Muspratt trading as Elite Eleven Memorabilia (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use eliteelevenmemorabilia.co.uk. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and the items you buy.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
  • Communications: messages you send us.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type and how you use the site, collected through cookies (see below).

We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

How and why we use it

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns and queries. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To keep financial records as required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep order and financial records for six years, as required for tax purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
