1. About us

This website, eliteelevenmemorabilia.co.uk, is operated by Luke Muspratt trading as Elite Eleven Memorabilia (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our address is 73 Swansbury Drive, Bournemouth, BH8 0LB and you can contact us at info@eliteelevenmemorabilia.co.uk.

These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them, together with our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

We sell signed and authenticated football memorabilia. Every signed item comes with a certificate of authenticity. Many items are one-off pieces, so the product photographs show the actual item or a close representation of it. Small differences in signature position, framing or colour on your screen may occur.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is formed only when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and will always deliver within 30 days of accepting your order unless we agree otherwise with you. Items are sent by a tracked service and the risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it with the carrier.

6. Your right to cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to return an item and when refunds are made, are in our Returns Policy.

7. Faulty or misdescribed items

We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, including as to their authenticity. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. If this happens we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

10. Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us at info@eliteelevenmemorabilia.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
